Vibrational Realignment is the conscious use of information (frequency) to manipulate the subconscious through the subtle energies of the body to allow for self-healing. All healing is ultimately self-healing. The practitioner is simply the facilitator. Since the subconscious and divided mind is often the true source of our dis-ease, you are your own worst enemy.
